Returning Your Order

If you've changed your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging and tags (where applicable).
• Returned within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number before sending your item back.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We're very sorry if your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and any damage.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and self-care products unless they are faulty.

We also cannot accept returns on:

• Personalised or customised items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
